Hi I bookes an all-inclusive Holiday with Travelsoon on the Internet — On arrival in Cyprus Papos we had been visit Eleni Holiday Village, and also the obligation manger told us we were not on his own guest list?
He said that they do it all of the time.
He chose our lodging voucher and rang the number on the coupon, after half an hour that he said I’ve found you can remain, why we cannot remain in the Eleni Village we asked, and he stated we are Total.
He stated the agents take the reservations expect the bookings can be accommodated by them.
A cab took us into the Paffian Sun Holiday Village.
On arrival we to check and also asked who sent us here we will not get an Additional invoice etc-
We had been told that they did not understand who did not understand anything concerning our situation besides we could remain in their Holiday Village within an All-Inclusive Guest and sent us here?
Next day we again asked they stated they did not understand who to contact, if the reception would contact us in contact with the organisers who delivered us into the Pafian Sun, and Duty Manager maintaining our accommodation voucher. Of what we believed he needed to cross charge our stay in the other Holiday Village, we had no contact details, and we all had no one at home to find copy s off our computer etc,All so we were on vacation and did not want the stress of pursuing exactly why and how etc. till we got home —
We did ask a Thomas Cook Repmat outside Venus if they understood how to contact Travelsoon or had any deals, however, we had been advised they have not heard of these?
On return we have had been attempting tto get an answer because last early October 2012- regarding why we had been miss sold a vacation package and each time we send them a letter it takes to answer or more-
We wer additionally told ournhold luggage could be #30 pound a tote once we confirmed we want two bags it went up to #55 .50 per bag.
We ask as to who got the money above the pound that is # 39 and to date deny to answer on that point.
I m Going to report my situation concerning Travelsoon and Bedwithease — also the two local offices of Fairtrading and to Abta-

4. This prize has no cash value and no cash alternative is given. The prize is non refundable and may only be used against a booking for the person called the contest winner of these promotions.
5. Their preferred companion and the winner needs to comply with all the conditions, requirements conveyed to them with the Holidays of Daish. Olderiswiser Media Limited and the Holidays of Daish won’t be responsible for any passenger’s failure.
