Develop a Holiday

1.     This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of Olderiswiser Media Limited and Daish’s Holidays along with their own families, agencies or anyone related to this rivalry.

2.     There will be one prize for a single winner. The prize consists of a single five-day stay for 2 people sharing a space at one of Daish’s Holidays “Gameshow Getaways” through October 2016 up into the value of #458.

3.     The prize is valid for salvation against a Daish Holiday break up completed and to be booked before midnight 31 October 2016.

4.      This prize has no cash value and no cash alternative is given. The prize is non refundable and may only be used against a booking for the person called the contest winner of these promotions.

5.     Their preferred companion and the winner needs to comply with all the conditions, requirements conveyed to them with the Holidays of Daish. Olderiswiser Media Limited and the Holidays of Daish won’t be responsible for any passenger’s failure.

6.     The prize doesn’t include any insurance. Any out of pocket expenses (for instance, telephone, room service, drinks buys, gifts and meals are not included in the prize).

7.     The package is non-transferable.

8.     No money equivalent, or alternatives are available and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.     The contest prize is subject to availability.

10.   Olderiswiser Media Limited and the Holidays of Daish shall not cause any damages or losses suffered by a third party or the entrant.

11.   The winner will be chosen randomly from all entries. The Promoter’s decision would be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

12.   The prize supplier will notifies winners by email within seven days of the contest closing date.

13.   In case Olderiswiser Media Limited and Daish’s Holidays cannot even contact the winner within one month of the closing date (midnight on 26 May 2016), then we will offer the prize to some runner-up, or even re-offer the prize in a different advertising.

14.   You must provide your full name and address. We will use your personal particulars to manage this advertising.

15.   By entering this contest you agree that Daish Holidays can send offers and other marketing materials to you and that Olderiswiser Media Limited is authorised to share your details.
